Despite the broader crypto market losing more than $220 billion in value since the start of October, Finbold asked OpenAI‘s ChatGPT to identify two smaller-cap cryptocurrencies that could theoretically turn a $10 investment into $1,000 if they achieved a 100-fold increase.
On Tuesday, ChatGPT predicted that Data Network (DATA) – an open protocol designed to source, prove, and process verified human data for training artificial intelligence (AI) models – and ZetaChain (ZETA) – an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible Layer 1 blockchain that enables universal smart contracts and seamless interoperability across any network – are the two cryptocurrencies that could theoretically deliver 100x returns.

The AI clarified that these two cryptocurrencies are well positioned to rally exponentially due to their strong fundamentals and small market capitalization.
“A coin trading at $0.001 is not automatically a better opportunity than one trading at $1. Market capitalization, circulating supply, liquidity and token unlocks matter much more when assessing potential upside,” ChatGPT emphasized.

At press time, ZETA had a market cap of roughly $68.08 million, down 1.51% over the past 24 hours, according to data Finbold retrieved from CoinMarketCap. The token’s 24-hour average trading volume has fallen 11.72% to about $4.02 million at the time of writing.

Over the past 30 days, ZETA price has climbed 7.22%, despite its recent choppy consolidation.

Meanwhile, DATA saw its 24-hour average trading volume spike nearly 65% to $24.6 million. The token’s market cap, however, declined over 6.9% to $51.5 million. During the past 30 days, DATA is down over 24%, hovering at $0.142 at the time of writing.
Despite their correction, ChatGPT forecasts that DATA and ZETA could possibly soar 100x to reach a market cap of around $5.1 billion and $6.8 billion, respectively
