Bankr brings crypto wallets and onchain financial activity to Meta’s Muse agents

Bankr brings crypto wallets and onchain financial activity to Meta's Muse agents

Bankr, a financial infrastructure built for AI agents, has announced support for Meta’s Muse agents, enabling them to create and operate crypto wallets, trade digital assets and tokenized stocks, send funds, launch tokens, access prediction markets, and automate portfolio activity, according to an announcement published on September 17, 2026.

The move comes just days after Meta Platforms ((NASDAQ: META) launched Muse on September 8 as a personal AI agent capable of taking actions across the web.

One of the first live examples is Musebook, a social network built by developer @wyn_eth using a Muse agent connected to Bankr’s infrastructure.

The platform has developed its own token economy, with a token launched through Bankr and paired with tokenized META stock on Robinhood Chain. That token was subsequently selected as the currency of “Musetown,” the economy operating within the platform. Musebook has already attracted thousands of visitors and dozens of Muse agents since launching.

“OpenClaw was for developers. Muse is for everyone. Hundreds of millions of people are about to have an agent, and the only thing standing between that agent and the economy is a wallet. We fixed that. An agent without a wallet can research a trade. An agent with one can make it.” — Sean P., Founder of Bankr.

Muse agents gain access to Bankr’s financial rails through a publicly available plugin

Developers can connect a Muse agent to Bankr’s infrastructure through its publicly available plugin. Once set up, agents can trade crypto and tokenized equities, transfer assets, launch tokens, access Polymarket, and execute automated portfolio strategies.

The experiment offers an early indication of what becomes possible when general-purpose consumer AI agents are connected to financial infrastructure, shifting agents from researching markets and recommending actions to interacting directly with digital assets and participating in onchain economies.

Bankr previously brought similar capabilities to OpenClaw agents, enabling autonomous agents to interact with crypto markets through the same underlying infrastructure.

The arrival of Muse, which Meta positions as a consumer-facing agent available to a mass audience, creates a significantly larger environment in which that infrastructure can operate.
