The Q2 earnings season has delivered some of the strongest corporate results in years, with S&P 500 companies reporting robust profit growth and a high rate of earnings beats.
Against this backdrop, ChatGPT has identified two stocks to buy during Q2 earnings season, citing strong earnings momentum, improving fundamentals, and exposure to artificial intelligence.
Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR)
Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) stands out among the biggest Q2 earnings season winners after delivering results that exceeded Wall Street expectations across key metrics.
The company reported revenue of $1.94 billion, up 93% year over year, while adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.41, ahead of analyst estimates of $0.34. Meanwhile, U.S. commercial revenue surged 149%, while U.S. government revenue climbed 90%.
More importantly, Palantir raised its full-year revenue guidance to approximately $8.15 billion, signaling confidence that demand for its artificial intelligence platforms remains strong.

The results reinforced a trend that has fueled investor interest throughout 2026: the accelerating adoption of AI-powered software by both government agencies and private enterprises.
ChatGPT’s bullish outlook reflects expectations that Palantir can continue expanding its business as organizations increase spending on data analytics and automation tools.
Although valuation remains a concern after the stock’s strong rally, ChatGPT noted that Palantir offers one of the clearest ways for investors to gain exposure to the software side of the AI market.
Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN)
Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) secured the second spot among ChatGPT’s top stocks to buy following another strong earnings performance.
The company remains one of the biggest beneficiaries of growing demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure through Amazon Web Services (AWS), while also maintaining leadership positions in e-commerce and digital advertising.

Amazon strengthened its investment case after reporting Q2 revenue of $200.6 billion, up 20% year over year, while AWS revenue jumped 37% to $42.2 billion, its fastest growth rate in more than four years.
The cloud division ended the quarter with a $496 billion backlog, signaling strong AI-driven demand, while advertising revenue rose 26% to $19.8 billion.
Amazon also raised its 2026 capital expenditure forecast to $220 billion from $200 billion to support expanding AI infrastructure.
ChatGPT highlighted Amazon as a top pick because it combines exposure to AI, cloud computing, digital advertising, and e-commerce, offering a more diversified growth profile than many AI-focused stocks.
Unlike many AI-focused companies, Amazon benefits from multiple growth engines. AWS continues to capitalize on rising cloud adoption and AI workloads, while its retail and advertising businesses provide additional revenue streams and cash flow support.
According to ChatGPT, Amazon’s diversified business model is a key advantage, as the company is less dependent on a single investment theme than many AI-focused peers.
