President Donald Trump disclosed a position in Corcept Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CORT) on March 4, when the pharmaceutical company was trading at $35.69.
Since then, Concept Therapeutics stock has surged roughly 228% and trades at $117.17 as of the time of writing, August 18.
As a result, Trump’s March 4 position, then valued in the $15,001-50,000 range, is now worth approximately $49,000-$164,000.
As the actual number of shares and exact purchase price weren’t disclosed, the exact value cannot be narrowed down.

Corcept is one of Donald Trump’s best-performing stocks this year
The rally, which has helped bring Corcept’s market capitalization to $12.67 billion, was propped by some noteworthy company-specific and market-wide developments.
Notably, Trump’s filing came just before the company received key Food and Drug Administration (FDA) support and took care to resubmit its New Drug Application (NDA) to the FDA for relacorilant, a potential Cushing’s syndrome treatment.
Moreover, the company highlighted positive clinical trial results presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) annual meeting. Specifically, the findings showed that the combination therapy reduced the risk of death by 35% compared with nab-paclitaxel alone.
Another major catalyst came in late July, when Trump announced that generic drugs imported into the United States would continue to enjoy a zero-percent tariff for another two years.
“Effective August 1st, 2026, all Generic Drugs being brought into the United States will continue to have a TARIFF of ZERO PERCENT for a two year period of time, after which the TARIFF will be raised to 100% for a one year period of time, and 200% thereafter,” Trump wrote.
Although Corcept is an American company, the news sent a number of drug stock prices up, includiong Corcept, which immediately gained roughly 4 and which has continued to climb since.
