Ukrainian Poker Pro Olga Iermolcheva Partners With CoinPoker

Press Releases

Crypto based poker site CoinPoker is adding another star to its ambassador ranks, partnering with Ukrainian poker pro Olga Iermolcheva.

The announcement was made on Instagram and X during EPT Barcelona where Olga is playing several events, following two months spent in Las Vegas for the WSOP with several in the money finishes.

Aged 31, Olga is ranked Ukraine’s most successful female poker player.

Olga Iermolcheva’s Poker Success

Olga has $780,000 in live tournament earnings, which places her 23rd on the Ukraine all-time money list.

The top three on that list are Yevgeniy Timoshenko, Eugene Katchalov who mentored Olga early in her career, and and Igor Yaroshevskyy.

A regular on the European Poker Tour since 2012, one of Olga’s best results was winning the €550 NLHE event in Barcelona in 2014 for €25,400.

She followed that up with a runner up finish in the 2022 $1,000 WPT Ladies Championship for $70,008 in Las Vegas. Just last week Olga final tabled the women’s event of EPT Barcelona 2024, taking down €5,230 for third place.

Largest Cashes

Olga’s biggest cashes were a 3rd place finish in the $1,500 NLHE Shootout event in last year’s World Series of Poker (taken down by first-time bracelet winner Faraz Jaka), and another 2nd palace finish in the LAPT Panama Main Event.

Those final tables netted her $109,780 and $113,580.

A 4th place finish in a $2,000 Venetian DeepStack Bounty event in 2022 also added another $95,494 to her résumé.

Game of Gold

Olga really shot to fame after starring in season one of hit TV show ‘Game of Gold’ from the creators of Poker After Dark and poker site GGPoker.

Her tournament experience served her well there as she won her first SNG representing Team Hearts.

Some of the best online poker pros including Daniel ‘Jungleman’ Cates and fellow CoinPoker ambassador Charlie Carrel also appeared on the show.

One of Carrel’s river bluffs against Andy Stacks was famously analyzed for Gipsy Team by Jonathan Little, another recent partner of CoinPoker.

What is CoinPoker?

Rapidly growing online poker site CoinPoker was founded in 2017, with prominent ambassadors such as Tony G, Isabelle Mercier, and founder of PLO Mastermind Fernando ‘JNandez’ Habegger.

Olga Iermolcheva is in good company as Charlie Carrel joined the team in 2023, followed by Patrick ‘Pads’ Leonard and Mario Mosböck in 2024.

CoinPoker also recently partnered with big names in the boxing world including iFL TV and four-time world champion Carl Froch, and became the new official regional sponsor of the Argentina National football team.

A big sports fan herself – particularly football and tennis – Olga represented Ukraine in its sports poker team in in 2019, which defeated Ireland to win the Nations Cup that year.

CoinPoker is building a reputation as both a crypto poker site and crypto casino, on which players deposit, wager and withdraw across a huge variety of games using Tether (USDT) – a token pegged to the US dollar.

That use of cryptocurrency means CoinPoker is able to accept worldwide players, with minimal ID requirements – being fully decentralized and even recently showing its proof of reserves on the blockchain for transparency.

CoinPoker is also one of the fastest growing poker apps, available for Android and iOS alongside its desktop client for Windows and Mac.

Olga will be playing tournament and cash games on the site under the screen name Olga_Iermolcheva, and players can look forward to exclusive promotions including freerolls with a bounty on Olga.
