The XRP Ledger (XRPL), which uses XRP as its native token, has recorded a double-digit percentage increase over the past 30 days in its stablecoin market capitalization to over $1 billion on Monday.
The XRP Ledger’s stablecoin market cap was at $1.09 billion on September 7, according to metrics from RWA.xyz. Over the last 30 days, XRPL’s stablecoin market cap surged by 21.40%, up from approximately $898 million.

The network’s stablecoin holders increased by 33.61% during this period to 80,690 at the time of publication. Meanwhile, the XRP Ledger saw its stablecoin 30-day transfer volume rise to $5.28 billion at the time of writing, or up 23.87%.
The top stablecoins on the XRPL are Ripple USD (RLUSD) and Braza USDB (USDB), with market caps of $1,028,940,435 and $25,961,065, respectively.
XRP Ledger activity spikes amid rising demand for its stablecoins
This notable surge in stablecoin transfers, users, and minting on the XRP Ledger has fueled a sharp uptick in the network’s activity. Specifically, XRPL’s active addresses 30-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) has rebounded from 14,247 on August 3, 2026, to around 16,960 at the time of reporting, as per data from CryptoQuant.

As a result, the XRP Ledger saw a 19.04% increase in active addresses over the past 30 days, coinciding with a notable rise in stablecoin use.

As XRPL’s on-chain activity increased over the past 30 days, partially fueled by renewed stablecoin demand, XRP price signaled a bullish outlook. Although XRP price is down more than 24% year-to-date (YTD), it has jumped by more than 34% over the past 30 days, trading at $1.40 at the time of publication.

As such, if crypto users continue to demand XRPL’s stablecoin, it could play a crucial role in the expected bullish recovery in XRP’s price ahead.
