Analysts set SpaceX target; Here’s SPCX price performance

Analysts set SpaceX target; Here’s SPCX price performance
Steve Muchoki

Despite Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: SPCX) stock crashing by over 33%, from its post-IPO (initial public offering)-peak of approximately $255 to trading at around  $149.20 in Friday’s pre-market, more than 30 Wall Street analysts expect a rally towards a new all-time high (ATH) by October 2, 2027.

As of October 2, 2026, 33 Wall Street analysts surveyed by TipRanks over the past 3 months have set an average price target for SpaceX stock at $235.10. Consequently, these experts indicate a potential rally of more than 57% over the next 12 months.

The highest 12-month SpaceX stock price prediction is $800 from analyst Brian Gesuale at Raymond James. On the other side, the lowest 12-month SPCX stock price forecast is $75, which was issued by Glenn Thum of Phillip Securities.

Why is Wall Street bullish on SpaceX stock price prediction

SpaceX stock has received 27 ‘Buy’ ratings from these sampled Wall Street analysts as the company seeks to accelerate its Artificial Intelligence (AI) compute revenue, as Finbold reported.

Earlier this week, Ryan Koontz, a Wall Street analyst at Needham, projected that SpaceX’s compute deals would reach a $54 billion annualized revenue run rate (ARR) to support the management’s target of reaching $100 billion in total ARR by year-end 2026.

As a result, SpaceX could have significantly increased its revenue after recording $18.67 billion in 2025, amid a valuation of roughly $2 trillion. An increase in revenue for this company in 2026 thereby supports the bullish thesis for these Wall Street analysts.

SPCX price performance

Although SpaceX stock faces heightened volatility after its IPO, SPCX price performance has remained in consolidation around $150 since early August.

Even though SPCX price performance has experienced reduced bullish momentum over the past two months, Wall Street analysts anticipate a strong uptrend to a new ATH in the next 12 months.
