ASML Holding (NASDAQ: ASML) will pay its next dividend exactly a week from now, on Wednesday, November 4.

Eligible shareholders – that is, those holding ASML stock on NASDAQ as of Monday, October 27 – will receive $2.09 per share.

Compared to the previous payment of $2.17 issued on August 5, the upcoming dividend represents a slight negative change of 3.69%.

Therefore, investors will receive $209 in third-quarter ASML stock dividends next week, slightly less than $217 received in August.

ASML dividends are higher in 2026

While this quarter’s payout is indeed lower, the total amount paid this year is still significantly higher compared to last year.

Indeed, the annual ASML dividend for 2026 sits at $9.31 per share, which is a 25.98% increase from $7.39 in 2025.

In other words, 100 ASML shares will have netted a total of $931 throughout 2026, or roughly $2.55 a day befor taxes.

At the price of $1,441 on February 2, the ex-dividend date for the first quarter, a 100-share investment was worth $144,100. Since then, the price has rallied roughly 13.5% to $1,635, meaning the same position would now be worth $163,500.

ASML Holding investment appeal

ASML Holding currently has a dividend yield of 0.52% (versus the sector’s 1.37%), and the stock’s average price recovery period following a dividend payment is 5.5 days.

For some investors, the yield may be less attractive than those of higher-yielding dividend stocks. However, the dividend is only one part of the investment appeal.

Thanks to its position in the industry, ASML Holding is Europe’s most valuable company, with a market capitalization of roughly $600 billion to $670 billion.

Accordingly, by putting money in ASML, investors gain exposure to a key supplier of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment, placing it at the center of demand for chips used in artificial intelligence (AI), data centers, and other technology applications.
