Finbold Commenting Rules 

We value open dialogue and thoughtful discussions across our platform. To keep conversations respectful and worthwhile for everyone, we ask you to follow a few simple guidelines when commenting: 

General Principles

• Be respectful: We welcome different viewpoints, but personal attacks, targeted harassment, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated;
  
• Stay on topic: Comments should relate to the article or discussion thread. Off-topic remarks may be removed to keep the conversation focused;
  
• No spam or self-promotion: Do not post unsolicited advertisements or use the space to promote external services and content. This includes pumping financial instruments or spreading hype about specific assets;
  • For example: “Buy $XYZ now before it 10x-es, this project is going to the moon!!!” Comments like these will be removed to maintain the quality and credibility of the conversation.
• Use appropriate language: We ask that you avoid offensive, vulgar, or inflammatory language;
  
• Stick to facts: If you’re presenting something as fact, make sure it’s accurate. Misinformation, even unintentional, undermines productive dialogue.

Prohibited Content

Comments containing the following are subject to removal:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or identity;
  
• Threats, harassment, or incitement to violence;
  
• Obscene, graphic, or sexually explicit material;
  
• Knowingly false or misleading statements;
  
• Repetitive, off-topic, or spam-like content.

Enforcement and Consequences

If a comment violates these guidelines, we may take the following actions:

• Remove the comment;
• Temporarily suspend commenting privileges for repeat offenses;
• Permanently ban accounts in cases of serious or ongoing violations;

We reserve the right to report serious breaches to relevant authorities if needed.
