Machine learning algorithm sets Oracle stock price for September 30, 2026

Machine learning algorithm sets Oracle stock price for September 30, 2026

According to Finbold’s predictive machine learning algorithm, Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) stock will continue its August rally throughout September, albeit at a somewhat slower pace.

Specifically, after utilizing a series of technical analysis (TA) tools, including moving averages (MA), the relative strength index (RSI), and oscillators, the Finbold AI Agent estimated that ORCL shares will rise 5.06% from its latest closing price of $150.85 and reach $158.49 on September 30, 2026.

Out of the five models included in the predictive system, ChatGPT-5.7 Luna proved the most optimistic with a 6.69% forecasted upside and a $160.80 price target. Meanwhile, Google’s (NASDAQ: GOOGL) artificial intelligence (AI), Gemini 3.5 Flash, was the least optimistic with a predicted 3.83% rise to $156.50.

OpenAI’s two other models, Sol and Terra, came up with the same forecast: a 5.1% rise to $158.40. Finally, China’s most recognizable AI, DeepSeek, set its sights on $158.37 for a 5.08% rally for Oracle stock by September 30, 2026.

Oracle stock price long-term outlook

Elsewhere, institutional analysts have also been optimistic about the future of ORCL shares

For example, Citi’s (NYSE: C) Tyler Radke opined in late August that the technology company has disproportionately suffered during the summer and that its stock market performance has created the conditions for a significant rally in the coming months.

Indeed, the institutional expert set his Oracle price target at $330 – 118.76% above the latest close – and estimated that the firm will enjoy strong growth on ‘robust’ AI demand.

Additionally, Radke is far from the outlier, considering ORCL equity is, overall, considered a ‘Strong Buy’ by Wall Street, though the average 12-month forecast is noticeably lower and close to $250.

Still, it is worth noting that there remain multiple risk factors with investing in Oracle. The company is, thanks to its involvement with the Stargate data centers, highly dependent on the financial success of OpenAI – a company that has remained deeply unprofitable through 2025, based on the leaked financials.

Additionally, Oracle suffered a credit rating downgrade earlier in the summer of 2026 due to the financial pressure it is under from the AI-related commitments.

Oracle stock price performance

Finally, ORCL stock’s recent performance is arguably more in line with the bullish predictions made by both Wall Street and the Finbold AI Agent, considering it is up 16.15% on the monthly chart.

The fact that it is down 22.92% year-to-date (YTD), on the other hand, highlights the loss of confidence in its future among investors, though it can also be seen as lending credence to Radke’s thesis.
