SingularityNET (AGIX), a decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) platform, has joined forces with Mind Network, a restaking layer, to unveil the ASI Hub, a new decentralized AI security and verifiable randomness platform powered by Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), as reported to Finbold on Tuesday, February 18.
The new collaboration seeks to address some pressing challenges in decentralized AI, most notably secure agent identification and tamper-proof randomness.
Advanced AI cryptography on ASI Hub
Thanks to Mind Network’s FHE technology, the ASI Hub ensures AI services have a cryptographically secure trust framework without compromising verifiability.

Likewise, the hub’s on-chain verifiable randomness model facilitates AI training and real-time decision-making, which reduces the risk of external manipulation.
Dr. Ben Goertzel, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ASI and SingularityNET, emphasized the significance of the innovation:
“Fully Homomorphic Encryption has the potential to serve as a core component of decentralized AI. … By partnering with Mind Network and rolling out the ASI Hub, we’re taking another important step to explore how FHE can be woven into AI ecosystems to support synthetic intelligence to be free, secure, and mathematically brilliant.”
Christian Pusateri, CEO of Mind Network, in turn, highlighted the hub’s impact on AI security:
“Cryptographically verifiable AI agent identities are vital in ensuring tamper-proof, on-chain randomness for AI training, governance, and decision-making.”
Mind Network token generation event
The ASI Hub is a core initiative for the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI), which includes SingularityNET, Fetch.AI (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN), and Cudos (CUDOS).
Preparing for the launch, Mind Network has introduced the Pre-TGE Wave, a series of initiatives and events meant to promote AI-focused engagement within the community leading up to the network’s token generation event.
FET holders can participate in the ASI Hub and enjoy some vFHE incentives.
The FET token will be listed on Mind Network’s platform starting February 18 at 15:00 UTC, while the ASI Hub is set to go live on February 20 at 09:00 UTC.
