Wall Street analyst sets Oracle stock price target for 12 months

Wall Street analyst sets Oracle stock price target for 12 months
Steve Muchoki

Despite a decline of more than 52% in Oracle Corp. (NYSE: ORCL) stock over the 12 months through September 15, 2026, Siti Panigrahi, a Wall Street analyst at Mizuho Securities, forecasts a strong recovery over the next 12 months.

Panigrahi reiterated an ‘Outperform’ rating for Oracle stock, according to a note sent to clients on Tuesday. He also maintained the firm’s 12-month price target for ORCL at $320.

With Oracle stock trading at $144.79 at the time of writing, Mizuho Securities suggests a potential 121.01% upside over the next 12 months. This bullish thesis is based on accelerating cloud infrastructure growth and strong execution.

Furthermore, Panigrahi demonstrated disciplined operational expenditures (OpEx), which successfully expanded its operating margins by around 35 basis points (bps) year-over-year (YoY). However, this firm urged investors to watch the company’s main risk in its net cash capital expenditures (CapEx) for financial year 2027 (FY27) not to exceed $70 billion.
