Interactive sales demonstration platform Walnut has launched ‘Ace’, its latest product suite, to help sales teams leverage integrations with OpenAI, Slack, and Gmail to streamline the demo process.

Tel Aviv-based Walnut is a cloud-based platform that helps software as a service (SaaS) companies close more deals by giving sales teams the data and tools they need to create personalized demonstrations for their prospects, according to a press release shared with Finbold on February 14.

Walnut has raised $56 million in funding and boasts hundreds of customers, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s more, the company’s product suite is designed to be highly customizable, enabling sales teams to tailor their strategy to the unique needs of each customer.

Walnut’s chief executive officer and co-founder, Yoav Vilner, stated:

“The demand for an efficient and conversion-rate-oriented approach to B2B selling is at an all-time high. Our customer base, numbering in the hundreds, has asked for assistance, and we have responded to their request with Walnut Ace and the support of integrations such as OpenAI.”

Ace enhances existing integrations

Ace builds on the platform’s existing integrations with key customer relationship management (CRM) solutions like Salesforce and Hubspot. The current market downturn has led sales leaders to scrutinize their team’s efficiency and sales velocity to maximize sales and protect profit margins. Ace is designed to give sales teams the ability to do even more with less.

By leveraging OpenAI to accelerate demo development, this product suite improves the productivity of the sales demo process. The artificial intelligence (AI) tool assists teams in improving how they prepare and present their product during a call. The writing assistant adjusts presenter notes, creates insightful scripts on top of demo guidelines, and answers queries, improving live presentations while saving time on demo script preparation.

Salespeople can share interactive demonstrations straight from Gmail when they compose follow-up emails, arrange demo calls, or send cold outreach messages, allowing them to contact more prospects more quickly. They may instantly choose the sample they wish to share and add an automatic remark right from their Gmail message. OpenAI assists in the creation of a customized template in seconds, allowing the salesperson to go on to other activities.

A sales team boost with prospects

In addition, Ace sends a Slack notice when a prospect interacts with their Walnut demo to assist sales teams to move deals ahead more quickly. Sales representatives may then call leads and get fast feedback on their intentions in a handy manner.

Ace also enhances Walnut’s demo editor with a live editing collaboration tool, allowing designers and salespeople to work together without any extra back-and-forth to produce high-quality demonstrations that are tailored to each prospect. 

All in all, Walnut’s robust analytic dashboard allows sales teams to monitor demo results in real-time and adjust strategies accordingly, leading to higher conversion rates and a more satisfying client experience.
