Despite XRP Ledger (XRPL) experiencing a low holder count for its tokenized Real-World Asset (RWA), its 30-day RWA transfer volume has spiked by over 224 times.
The XRP Ledger’s 30-day RWA transfer volume soared by 22,473.29% to $7.03 billion on October 5, 2026, according to data from RWA.xyz.

The XRPL’s 30-day RWA trading volume rocketed in tandem with tokenized assets and holder count. At press time, the XRP Ledger had 286 RWA holders, up nearly 14% during the last 30 days.
On the other side, the network’s Distributed Asset Value (DAV) – which tracks the RWA tokens using this blockchain as a distribution layer – had gained over 8.8% in this period to $498.80 million. With around 379 RWA counts, at the time of publication, the XRP Ledger had a reported $4.02 billion in Represented Asset Value (RAV), a figure that shows RWA tokens using the blockchain as a record-keeping layer.
As such, this massive jump in RWA’s transfer volume reflects high-velocity institutional trading among a small group of large holders. Furthermore, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently stepped up to provide regulatory clarity as the CLARITY Act was delayed in the Senate.
XRP price performance as RWA trading volume rocketed on XRP Ledger
As XRP Ledger exploded in RWA transfer volume, XRP price gained bullish momentum. Over the past 30 days, XRP price has added 7.99%, trading at approximately $1.52 at press time.

The token’s 24-hour trading volume had risen by over 81%, reaching $2 billion at reporting time, according to metrics from CoinMarketCap.
With XRP being the native token for the XRP Ledger, the rising institutional adoption of the XRPL’s RWA sector has boosted the token’s uptrend, as Finbold explained.
