Cryptocurrency prediction markets are signaling that XRP is most likely to end October 2026 near its current trading range of around $1.50.
In this case, data from the prediction market Polymarket shows a 64% probability that XRP will finish October above $1.40 and an identical 64% probability that it will trade above $1.60 by month-end.
The market has assigned just a 22% chance of XRP exceeding $1.80 and a 10% probability of reclaiming the $2 mark.

At the same time, the odds suggest traders expect XRP to remain range-bound rather than stage a major breakout over the remainder of the month.
Probabilities decline sharply above the $2 level, with markets assigning only 8% odds to a move beyond $2.20 and just a 1% chance of XRP reaching $3, $3.20, or $4 before October 31.
XRP price analysis
The outlook comes as XRP attempts to hold above the $1.50 level in search of a decisive breakout toward $2.
As of press time, the asset was trading at $1.51 while continuing to exhibit technical strength.

To this end, the cryptocurrency’s 50-day simple moving average stood at $1.41, while the 200-day simple moving average was at $1.28, indicating that XRP remains above key long-term trend levels.
Momentum indicators also remain balanced. XRP’s 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) is 57.17, a neutral reading that suggests the asset is neither overbought nor oversold.
Adding to the bullish case, crypto analyst Ali Martinez recently highlighted a breakout on XRP’s four-hour chart.
The token has moved above the descending resistance line of a multi-week triangle pattern, a formation created by lower highs as selling pressure gradually weakened.
According to Martinez, holding the $1.50 to $1.53 area as support would confirm the breakout and pave the way for a move toward $1.62, the next key resistance level.
The setup suggests XRP may be entering a new short-term uptrend after spending weeks in a tightening consolidation range.
