Wall Street analyst updates Oracle stock price target

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) stock has received a reaffirmed $320 price target from Mizuho, which reiterated its ‘Outperform’ rating despite ongoing regulatory and infrastructure challenges facing the company.

In this line, Mizuho analyst Siti Panigrahi maintained the target, implying a potential 123.46% upside from Oracle’s $143.20 share price.

The firm said continued construction progress and a proposed pipeline reroute could help limit further delays, adding that the project has not affected its fiscal 2027 estimates.

Notably, Mizuho reaffirmed its outlook following updates on Project Jupiter, Oracle’s data center development in Doña Ana County, New Mexico.

The analyst firm said construction continues to progress as Oracle works to address power infrastructure requirements and outstanding regulatory issues.

Mizuho also maintained its fiscal 2027 estimates, indicating that the current challenges have not changed its financial outlook.

A proposed pipeline reroute could avoid restarting the environmental review process, potentially limiting further delays.

Mizuho remained cautiously positive on the project despite outstanding approvals and infrastructure constraints. Oracle is expected to provide further updates during its October 28 Investor Day.

Meanwhile, the broader Wall Street outlook tracked by TradingView presents a more moderate forecast than Mizuho’s individual price target. Based on 37 analysts providing one-year price forecasts, the average Oracle stock price target stands at $242.84, representing a 69.58% upside from the current price of $143.20.

The forecast range extends from a low of $110 to a high of $400. The minimum implies a potential decline of 23.18%, while the maximum suggests an upside of 179.33%.

Of 45 analysts rating Oracle stock over the previous three months, 30 recommended ‘Strong Buy’, six recommended ‘Buy’, eight recommended ‘Hold’, none recommended ‘Sell’, and one recommended ‘Strong Sell’.

Oracle stock fundamentals

Oracle’s latest financial results provide further context for Wall Street’s optimism. The company reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue of $19.3 billion on September 10, up 30% year over year. Cloud revenue climbed 62% to $11.6 billion, while cloud infrastructure revenue surged 121% to $7.4 billion.

Oracle’s remaining performance obligations, representing contracted revenue yet to be recognized, increased by $209 billion year over year to $664 billion. The company also raised its fiscal 2027 non-GAAP earnings-per-share guidance to $8.10 and maintained its expectation of at least $90 billion in annual revenue.

Oracle expects to raise approximately $40 billion through debt and equity financing in fiscal 2027, including a previously announced $20 billion at-the-market equity issuance.

Financing costs and AI infrastructure spending have weighed on the stock, which has fallen more than 40% amid valuation and credit-risk concerns.
