As Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) stock eyes a rally past its 52-week peak, driven by renewed prospects in the artificial intelligence (AI) industry, three Wall Street analysts have issued their 12-month price targets.

On October 12, 2026, Raimo Lenschow, a Wall Street analyst at Barclays PLC (NYSE: BCS), reiterated a ‘Buy’ rating for Microsoft stock for the next 12 months. Lenschow raised the bank’s 12-month price target to $600 from $512.

Earlier on Monday, Brad Zelnick, an expert at Deutsche Bank, reaffirmed a ‘Buy’ rating for MSFT. Zelnick also raised the firm’s 12-month price target to $600 from $550.

With Microsoft stock trading at $539.10 at the time of writing, these analysts signal a possible 11.30% upside over the next 12 months during Monday’s pre-market session.

Is Microsoft a good stock to buy?
