Diagnostics revenue increased 20% to $303.5 million, while Data & Applications revenue grew 33% to $108.1 million, driven by demand for its clinical and genomic datasets and AI-powered applications. Tempus pharmaceutical partnerships
Beyond its latest earnings, Tempus has strengthened its pharmaceutical partnerships, providing additional growth catalysts.
In October, the company announced a five-year agreement with Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), worth up to $137.5 million, to license its multimodal oncology data and models. A separate five-year agreement involving Bristol Myers Squibb and Pathos AI covers data licensing for Alzheimer’s disease and dementia patients, valued at $55 million.
Tempus also entered a multi-year collaboration with Merck (NYSE: MRK) and Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) to support the potential commercialization of individualized neoantigen therapies designed to target cancer based on patients’ tumor characteristics.

These agreements have helped push Tempus’ data licensing bookings above $550 million year to date, reflecting growing pharmaceutical demand for its clinical datasets and AI capabilities.
Nancy Pelosi’s Tempus AI investment
Tempus’ rally has also drawn attention to a disclosed investment linked to former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
According to congressional trading data, Pelosi’s spouse exercised 50 Tempus AI call options covering 5,000 shares on January 16, 2026. The options were originally purchased on January 14, 2025, with a strike price of $20 per share.
Disclosed on January 23, the transaction was valued between $50,001 and $100,000 and attributed to Pelosi’s spouse rather than Pelosi directly. It represented the exercise of an existing options position, not necessarily a fresh open-market purchase.
Since the transaction, TEM has gained 11.59%, compared with an 8.68% increase in the S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA: SPY).
